Located on the edge of a seaside inlet, this proposal looked at removing a dilapidated structure and replacing it with a public building and hotel suited to its location and the urban fabric of the area. The development would reflect on the park and the water supporting councils sub-tropical design requirements.

A mixed use proposal in a buzzing inner city suburb was proposed to incorporate commercial, corporate, and residential tenants. The mixed use development was designed to both respect the local building fabric as well as maximise yield on the site.
